                    Delicious and refreshing cold mango lassi, a classic yogurt drink in India
                Ingredients
1 3/4 cups frozen ripe mango (small cubes)1   cup milk
3/4   cup plain whole-milk yogurt
2/3   cup sweetened mango pulp (For example, Rani brand canned mango pulp)
1/4   cup turbinado cane sugar
5   ice cubes, or as needed
A few   saffron strands (optional)
                Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender
Step 2
Blend on low speed initially, then gradually increase speed to medium/high
Step 3
Continue blending until lassi has a completely smooth consistency
Step 4
Pour into glasses and serve immediately
